Frequently Asked Questions

Which RC car is right for me?

It depends on how you want to drive. Choose Climbing for rough terrain, Off-Road for all-around outdoor fun, and Speed & Drift for fast runs and controlled slides.

Are your RC cars ready to drive out of the box?

Most models require only simple setup before driving. Please check the individual product page for battery, controller, and assembly details.

How fast are the RC cars?

Speed depends on the model. We offer everything from beginner-friendly mini RC cars to faster performance and drift models. Exact speed specifications can be found on each product page.

Can these RC cars be used outdoors?

Yes, many of our models are designed for outdoor driving. For dirt, gravel, grass, and uneven terrain, we recommend our Off-Road and Climbing collections.

Are these RC cars suitable for beginners?

Yes. We carry models for both beginners and experienced RC enthusiasts. If you're just getting started, choose a model with simpler controls and moderate speed.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the product ordered. Tracking information will be sent once your order ships.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-Day Return Guarantee for eligible items. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.

Once an RC car has been used, driven, assembled, or shows signs of use, we’re unable to accept a return for change-of-mind reasons, as the item can no longer be resold as new.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team and we’ll help resolve the issue.

What if my RC car arrives damaged or isn't working properly?

Contact us with your order number and photos or video showing the issue. Our support team will review the problem and help arrange an appropriate solution.
